This concert celebrates creativity and is the result of a close collaboration between four acclaimed musicians and four astounding writers. Together they will explore what it means to find your voice after it has been lost.

This programme promises an exciting 70 minute journey of solos and ensemble improvisations led by each of the musicians, exploring wide-ranging influences from the West African Griot tradition, Punjabi music from India, Western European classical music and folk music from Europe and the Middle East. Interwoven with this will be specially-written texts spoken and sung by their authors adding further cultural references from Iran and South Africa.
